Salon policy preview

Please review the most important appointment rules before booking.

(Cancellation) If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. If I need to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, we will reschedule it at a new time. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, your deposit will be refunded in full.

(Late arrival) We understand that being late can happen. If you are running late, please send us a message as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

(Deposit) A 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment. This means that half of the total service price must be paid in advance to secure your booking.

(Refill) Refills are for current sets with healthy retention. If too many extensions are missing, a full set may be needed. Lash refills are only available for my own work. Refills for lash sets applied by other artists are not offered.

(Preparation) Come with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, or heavy eye cream.

(Aftercare) Keep lashes dry for the first day, brush gently, avoid oil-based products, and do not pull extensions.
